MANAGING DIRECTOR
My name is Vishaal Kher (Vish) and I am the Managing Director at Fine & Country Fulham. I have been in estate agency for the past 7 years and have had the privilege of working the West and South-West London market, which arguably has some of finest homes in London.
Coming from a family business background in textiles, it was a life changing decision moving over to estate agency, but I have not looked back ever since. Throughout my career, I have helped establish a substantial market presence within the areas I have and continue to operate in, I have negotiated multi-million pound deals on a number of houses and apartments, and I have progressed from a Sales Associate to Managing Director of my own business, all with the help of an amazing team.
I have an obsessive passion for property, interested in anything to do with architecture, interior design and everything else that comes with it. I live in an 1887 Victorian home in Hertfordshire fulfilling this passion on a personal level. I count myself lucky however that I get to work with similar properties on a daily basis and work with like minded people.
As mentioned, I have a fantastic team around me who are all of the belief that above anything, flawless service and relentless consistency is the key to success. Of course it helps that we all get on like one big happy family, but it is these attitudes and beliefs that have titled us the Fine & Country Best Global Operator 2021.
